Certifications

A certified true copy is a copy of a document that an attorney or a notary has verified and certified.

We will inspect the original document, stamp and sign as a true copy of the original.

We certify true copies of documents that mainly include certificates like diploma, degree, passports, ID cards, EWA bills, and all certificates you may require certifications for as long as the original document is inspected and verified.

Attestation Certifications is necessary when moving or making any business transactions abroad.

2.

Attestation

We attest documents by witnessing the signing of a formal document and then also signing it to verify that it was properly signed by those bound by its contents.

Most attestations services mainly include forms like external certifier, declarations, affidavit, authorisation letters ect.

Attestation in most countries include the process of authenticating a document from one country to the required level so that the other countries will be happy to accept that it is genuine. This process is called legalisation, or attestation in some countries.

3.

Legalization

Legalisation is for official documents, usually educational documents, non-educational and commercial documents. Documents should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before getting final attestation by the Embassy or Consulate. If the origin and destination countries are part of Hague convention 1961, stamp can be replaced by an Apostille and there is no need to get it attested by the Embassy or Consulate.

We provide document legalization or Apostille, for any type of documents issued in Bahrain to use in any country. However, the process may vary depending on the document and the laws of the origin & destination country.
